Introducing QualTrack: ticket and training compliance that makes everyone's life easier

Why we built QualTrack, how AI including Claude makes searching and importing easier, and what's next.

By The QualTrack team · · 2 min read

If you've ever chased an expired CSCS card the morning a job starts, or tried to piece together a training matrix from three spreadsheets and a folder of photos, you'll know why we built QualTrack.

QualTrack is ticket, training and competency tracking for UK construction, utilities and civils. It's built for the people who actually deal with this every day: the site manager, the person who books the courses, the operative, and the client who wants proof before anyone steps on site.

Built to take the admin away

  • Operative passports. Every worker's tickets, cards and training in one place, exportable as a PDF.
  • QR site cards, scanned on site. Anyone can see in seconds whether someone is cleared for the job role they're doing.
  • Renewal reminders that actually land. We remind the operative and whoever books their courses at 90, 30 and 7 days, and on the day it expires, by email or text.
  • A training matrix and renewals calendar. See who's due, export it to a spreadsheet or PDF, and stop guessing.
  • Pre-start packs for clients. Send the evidence they ask for without digging through inboxes.
  • Course booking with an "is this in time?" check, so a renewal is booked before the old ticket lapses, not after.

AI where it actually helps

We've built AI features into QualTrack, including Claude, to take the slog out of the two jobs people hate most: searching and importing.

  • Smarter importing. Drop in your existing spreadsheet and QualTrack matches your columns and ticket names for you, even when every site has called things something slightly different.
  • Plain-English search. Ask things like "who's got a SSSTS expiring before March?" or "which operatives on the Leeds job aren't cleared for plant?" and get the answer, not a filter screen.

The AI does the tedious matching and finding. You stay in control of the decisions.

We're only getting started

QualTrack isn't a finished product sitting on a shelf. We're constantly working on new features, and a lot of what's coming next has come straight from conversations with the people using it. If there's something that would save you time, tell us and there's a good chance it ends up on the roadmap.

Try it free

QualTrack starts at £29 a month, with a 30-day free trial. You don't need a card, and there's no contract. Your data is held in London.
