Three plans, priced by how many operatives you have on the books. Every one starts with a 30-day free trial and no card, and you can move between them whenever you like.

Billing questions
The small print, in normal words.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You pick a plan and pay by card. If you don't, the account goes read-only: you can still see and export everything, you just can't add or change anything until you subscribe.
- What does the trial include?
- The Professional features, for 30 days, whatever plan you end up on. The audit log is Business only, so it's not in the trial.
- What if I go over the operative limit?
- On Basic and Professional you'll be asked to move up a plan before you can add anyone else. On Business there's no limit: each operative above 150 is £1 a month, counted at each renewal. On yearly billing it's £10 a year, invoiced for the rest of your year when they're added.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes, on every plan. A year costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the Billing page.
- Can I change plan or cancel?
- Yes, from the Billing page, whenever you like. There's no contract and no notice period. Cancelling keeps your records readable. If a yearly plan renews and you didn't mean it to, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund it in full.
- Are site cards and import help extra?
- No. Site cards are on every plan, and so is a free import call to help you move your spreadsheet across.
- Is the AI extra?
- No. Spreadsheet matching and plain-English search use Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, and come with Professional, Business and the free trial at no extra cost, up to 200 searches a person a day. Claude only suggests and you check: it never decides who's cleared. It sees column headings, the words of a search and the names of your tickets, training, job roles, departments and subcontractors, never certificates or anyone's records, and Anthropic doesn't train its models on it.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices exclude VAT. We aren't VAT registered, so there's no VAT on your invoices. If we register, we'll tell you before VAT at 20% is added to your next invoice, and a VAT-registered business can reclaim it.
