Who can do this
Owners and admins set up job roles and their tickets. Anyone who can edit an operative, managers included, gives them a job role.
Step 1: Choose the tickets everyone needs
Go to Settings, then Job roles. Under Required for everyone, tick the tickets every operative needs whatever their job, like a CSCS card, and choose Save required tickets.
A ticket no role requires still shows on the Passport and still gets reminders. It just never stops anyone going to site.

Under Add a job role, type a Job role name, like Mainlayer, Jointer or Gas fitter, and choose Add job role. Add one for each kind of job you send people to.

In the job roles list, open Edit required tickets, rename or archive under a role. Tick the tickets that role needs on top of everyone's, then choose Save required tickets.
Anyone in that role missing one of those tickets, or with one expired, shows as not cleared.

On an operative's Passport, find the Job role section, choose their role and select Save job role. You can also choose it when you add an operative, or in the job_role column of an import.
Change what a role needs and everyone in that role changes at once. Check the Overview straight after, because people can go red.
