Who can do this
Every role can print cards. Anyone who can edit an operative can replace their card. Owners and admins switch cards on or off in Settings.
Plan
During a free trial, only your own team can open a card. Once you choose a plan, it works for anyone who scans it.
Step 1: Print one operative's card
On their Passport, find Site card. Choose Download card to print for one ID-card-size card, for a card printer or a lanyard holder, or Download on an A4 sheet to print on paper and cut out.
Add a photo on the Passport first. It goes on the card and on the page the gate sees when they scan it.

On Operatives, open Download and choose Site cards on A4 sheets (nine to a page) or Site cards for a card printer. The download follows your search and filters, so you can print one department or one subcontractor at a time.

Scanning the card opens a check page: the operative's photo, name, job role and who employs them, today's status, and their current tickets and training, with a mark on each card that's been checked.
It never shows contact details, card numbers or certificates. A live clock shows it isn't a screenshot.
The card never prints a status, so it can't go out of date. Status is worked out fresh every time it's scanned.

Choose Replace card on the Passport. The old card stops working at once and shows "This card isn't valid", so print a new one. A leaver's card stops working too.
