Who can do this
Everyone can search. Department managers only ever see their own department's operatives.
Plan
On the Professional plan and above, and during the free trial.
Step 1: Describe who you need
On Operatives, or in the search box at the top of any page, type who you need and press Enter. A name on its own, like Priya or Sam Okafor, is searched as normal.
- Job roles and departments: “mainlayers in Swindon”
- Tickets held, missing or running out: “who hasn't got first aid”, “NRSWA O1 running out before Christmas”
- Who they work for: “Kestrel agency staff”, “our own staff”
- Status: “who can't go on site”
The examples under the search box use your own job roles and tickets. Choose one to try it, and Show search tips brings them back once you've hidden them.

The list shows each filter it chose as a pill, like Job role: Mainlayer. Remove any that are wrong with the cross. The page's address holds the filters, so you can bookmark it or send it to a colleague.
Download follows the same filters, so the CSV or the site cards are exactly the people on screen.

It only turns your words into filters. It never answers in its own words and never decides who's cleared: status always comes from the records. Ask something no filter can answer, like who's the best mainlayer, and it says so and shows everyone.
Each person can run 200 of these searches a day. After that, the box searches names until the next day.
The filters are worked out by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. It sees what you typed and your own lists of departments, job roles, ticket types and employers, never operatives' records.
